Membership
Everyone is welcome at Shore Archery! From those who have no idea where to start, to the experienced archer and everyone in between.
Annual membership with the club entitles members to the use of the range and club facilities whenever the club is open.
If you are new to archery, you will need to complete a Beginner’s Course before joining the club. Information can be found on our Learn Archery page.
If you have shot before, you will need to complete a Skills Assessment before joining the club. Information can be found on our Experienced Archer page.
Annual Membership Fees
The membership year runs from 1 October to 30 September and members will be reminded to renew membership early in order to get the benefit of our early bird rates.
Discounted rates are available for any NEW member joining on or after 1st April – when joining us, please ask about our pro-rata fees.
Once your membership is approved, and your fees have been paid, you are an active member of Shore Archery Club. You will have full access to the club house facilities and range on official club days or when keyholders are available outside of these times.
Along with membership to the club, your fees include affiliation to the district association, Auckland District Archery Association (ADAA) and access to enter competitions held under their banner, including target and field events. Your membership also allows you to enter Archery New Zealand run competitions*
